Craig E. Dillon, AIA - Principal Architect
Born and raised in Springfield, Ohio, Craig is now married, a proud father of three children and resides in the city. After graduating from Kenton Ridge High School he went on to receive his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the Ohio State University. He then obtained his architectural registration in the State of Ohio and became a member of the American Institute of Architects. Craig gained 12 years of experience before deciding to establish his own firm in 1995. He has since increased his knowledge of the full range of Architectural Services including: assessment, design, construction, cost estimation, bid specifications, negotiations, project management, and on-site supervision.
Joshua D. Griffin – Senior Draftsman
Josh graduated from Graham High School in 1999 and proceeded to acquire his Associate’s Degree in drafting from ITT Technical Institute. In his spare time he offers his services to Habitat for Humanity. Josh has been a critical member of our firm and continues to improve his skills and understanding of construction documents along with various other phases of the design process. His dependability and approach to the job at hand make him a valuable asset to the firm.
Helen A. Spurgin – Interior Designer
Helen, a graduate of Springfield North High achieved her Bachelor’s Degree in 2005 from Ohio University’s Interior Architecture program. She has had work displayed in the Chicago Museum of Art and the FormZ magazine. Helen expresses her talents through hand renderings and an assortment of other visual elements. She proves her worth by embracing and overcoming new and difficult challenges.
Barbara Berkshire – Office Manager
With over 30 years in the business arena, Barbara offers a wide variety of workable routines to keep the office running smoothly. She is very efficient and detail oriented which ensures follow through on any project. Because of Barbara’s attitude and considerable knowledge we can count on her to maintain a positive outlook and complete the work required for any situation.
Gene Dillon – Building Maintenance
Gene worked through retirement as a General Foreman at Navistar International. In the year of 2000 he joined the team at Craig E. Dillon Architects and has kept the office in top working condition ever since. He works quietly behind the scenes doing building maintenance and office repairs, but is constantly present if an office member needs something revamped. |
